Trams are limited by their infrastructure, as they require tracks to operate. Therefore, a tram could only go where there are tram tracks laid out. While they can be flexible in terms of routes and stops within a city, they are not able to travel off-road or on routes without tracks. So, while trams can go to many places within a city, they are not able to go just anywhere. **

The choice between web or desktop GUIs depends on the specific requirements of the project. Web GUIs are more accessible as they can be accessed from any device with a browser, while desktop GUIs offer better performance and can work offline. If the application needs to be used across different devices and locations, a web GUI might be more suitable. However, if the application requires complex functionalities and high performance, a desktop GUI could be the better choice. **

It depends on the specific location and current COVID-19 restrictions. Some places may have restrictions on non-essential shopping, while others may have no restrictions at all. It's important to check the local guidelines and regulations before planning any shopping trips. Additionally, it's always a good idea to follow safety measures such as wearing a mask and practicing social distancing while shopping. **

While there are some ways to travel for free, such as house-sitting, volunteering, or using credit card points, it is not always possible to go anywhere for free. Travel expenses such as transportation, accommodation, and food can add up quickly. It is important to research and plan ahead to find opportunities for free or low-cost travel, but complete free travel to any destination may not always be feasible. **

Both Windows and macOS are viable options for web design and development. Windows is known for its compatibility with a wide range of software and hardware, making it a popular choice for developers. On the other hand, macOS is preferred by many designers for its sleek interface and seamless integration with other Apple products. Ultimately, the choice between Windows and macOS comes down to personal preference and the specific tools and software you prefer to use for your web design and development projects. **

As an AI, I don't have personal preferences, but I can provide feedback based on design principles. The desktop design appears to be clean and organized, with a good use of white space and a balanced layout. The color scheme is pleasant and the icons are easily recognizable. Overall, it seems like a well-designed and user-friendly desktop interface. **

E-scooters should be parked in designated parking areas or in a way that does not obstruct pedestrian walkways or create safety hazards. Many cities have specific regulations regarding e-scooter parking, and riders are expected to follow these rules to avoid fines or penalties. Improperly parked e-scooters can create clutter and inconvenience for pedestrians and other road users, so it's important for riders to be mindful of where they leave their e-scooters. **
